I want to share my passion for fitness with others, regardless of age or gender; I strongly believe that including fitness in your life can be life changing.
You might be thinking about getting fitter or losing weight and just don't know where to begin or feel totally intimidated by going to the gym.
However there are those of you that are already regularly exercising and need that extra push to train harder, whatever your situation, I can help and support you in achieving your goals.
Let me tell you a little about my journey...from a very young age, I loved sports, one of my happiest memories is a Pentathlon I participated in at school, I surprised myself by winning it. The feeling of achievement and confidence I remember from this has never left me,
I like most women struggle to juggle family life and keeping fit, now my teenagers are more independent I got involved in fitness activities again and relived my love of keeping fit and the benefits of being more active again
Naturally I’ve had times in my life when I have fallen off the fitness wagon (who hasn’t!) but what I’ve learned is my life is more fulfilled when I’m active.
I can prove to you – no matter what your fitness level, age, stage, lifestyle or however busy your life is, the minute you make a commitment to fitness, you will be happier and healthier for it.
