Circuit Training Classes

Circuit training classes enable you to achieve results, that otherwise exercising on your own might not. 

Circuit training is a great boredom buster, moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. 

An all-strength circuit burns 30 percent more calories than a typical weight workout and offers more cardio benefits. 

This includes plyometrics, speed, agility and endurance

A circuit that combines cardio and strength moves will blast fat and sculpt muscle.

It can also burn up to 10 calories a minute.

Boxercise Classes

Boxercise, the best stress buster around, is one of the most effective forms of cross-training available today.

My boxercise classes can incorporate many components, depending on your strengths and personality, so every class is different and exciting.

We will use focus pads, skipping ropes and other more general exercises found in our circuit class.

Cardiovascularly you burn more calories in an hour than using a stairclimber.

You use your whole body your arms, your legs and the time flies as you work on body movement, agility and momentum. Best of all, it's fun and relatively inexpensive.

So don't just sit there - get your gloves on!

Tri - Training Classes

The first thing you'll probably notice as a Triathlete-in-Training is that your clothes will become too big. That's because training for such a three-sport event will make you as fit and healthy as you have ever been in your life. When you engage in a well-balanced program of swimming, cycling and running--known as cross-training -- you will burn an enormous amount of fat from every area of your body. Better yet, the weight will come off as a natural consequence of your passion-driven quest to complete a triathlete, rather than from a guilt-induced diet.

Plus, you'll likely find that when you're training for such an athletic event, you'll want to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet that supports your training.
